Tyeke's Media is a web design studio in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. This page explains what information tyekesmedia.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send the "Start a build" form, we receive what you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the kind of project, size and timeline you pick, your current website (optional) and your message.
When you email, text or call us, we receive your message and the contact details that come with it, like any other email, text or call.
We don't ask for payment details, passwords or government ID numbers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, quote your project and, if you hire us, to do the work and keep in touch about it.
- To keep normal business records of inquiries and projects.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. It stores them in our account and sends them to our email. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Our email provider holds the messages you send us, or that Netlify forwards to us.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across other websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies and saved settings
This site doesn't set cookies. If you switch to light mode or use the reading tools, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's remembered next time. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Ads
We advertise on Google. If you reach us by clicking one of our Google ads, Google handles that click under its own privacy policy. This website doesn't run Google, Facebook or other advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project emails for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and keep business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
Email snorton@tyekesmedia.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within one business day and confirm when it's done.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
